Can I open a trade account?
If you operate an interior design, fabric showroom, architecture, procurement, or contract furnishing business you may be able to open a trade account. Please complete the form here and a member of our team will respond ASAP. New accounts are set up as pro forma until trading relationship established.

Why Irish Linen?
With such a rich history, it's no surprise linen has been used for thousands of years due to many positive attributes:

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity you can order is one unit, e.g. one cushion, or 1m of fabric.
What are your lead times on products?
When ordering you will see if your chosen product is in stock and ready to dispatch which will happen on the next working day. If the product is out of stock your order will have to be manufactured.
How long do out of stock orders take to dispatch?
Out of stock digital prints will dispatch within 10 working days, hand screen prints may take up to 4 weeks.
What size are samples?
Fabric samples are approx. A5 size (148mm x 210mm) and are supplied alongside product information cards.
Can I order larger samples?
No, larger samples cannot be ordered online. If you wish to see a larger sample, you can request these via one of our stockists by clicking here.
Do you have a showroom?
We don't currently have a showroom, however you can browse and purchase our products through this website or via one of our stockists.

I'm based outside the UK, can I still order online?
Yes, you can still order online and shipping will be calculated at check-out. If you are outside the UK, VAT will be deducted from your order. Earthed by William Clark are not liable for any import or custom duties or handling fees that may occur in the process of shipping internationally. If you require more information regarding how much local duties might be, please contact your local customs office who will be able to advise.
What should I do when my order arrives?
When you receive your order, please ensure that the colour, design and quantity is as expected before cutting.
You are responsible for checking and confirming that you are satisfied with all aspects of your order and that the product is suitable for your requirements/specifications.
Earthed by William Clark are not responsible for the remake of products (i.e. upholstery/curtains) that have been constructed incorrectly.
How much fabric do I need?
Blinds calculations are fairly straight forward; you need to order the length of fabric to fill the window space with the additional fabric that will be required for finishing the top and bottom of the blinds. If you want more than one blind to match pattern placement you will need to take the pattern repeat into account.
Curtain styles vary in terms of length and fullness so how much fabric you need will depend upon your interior space and the look of the finished product you want.
1. You will need to know how many widths of fabric are required per curtain.
2. You will need to know the drop required to fill the space; this should include fabric for finishing the top and bottom of the curtain.
3. Lastly you will need to consider the repeat of the pattern, you will want your joined widths and drawn curtains to have the pattern flowing perfectly across so you will likely some extra fabric.

How will my order be sent?
We use several couriers for delivery depending upon your location. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information via email.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard UK delivery is 2-3 days. Shipping abroad takes 3-10 working days depending upon location.
How much does delivery cost?
Orders valued at over £100 ship free to a UK address. Our standard delivery to a UK address starts at £12, delivery costs are calculated based upon volumetric weight. International shipping can vary greatly.
My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
If tracking details show your delivery has been attempted, check in case the courier has left a card advising what to do next. If you cannot find one or are concerned over the length of time delivery it taking, please contact our Customer Services on +44 (0)2879 547200 or email@example.com and we will enquire with the courier. The quickest way to contact us is by phoning.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will be emailed over a confirmation and despatch note once the goods are picked and tracking information when your order is on the way.
Can I return my order?
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase however, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request a return within 28 days of receipt of your order. Any returned goods must be unused and in resalable condition. Fabrics being returned will be subject to a 20% restocking charge provided they are in a resalable condition, unless they are agreed to be faulty. How do I return my order?
If returning an order, the item/s should be securely packaged in waterproof material and sent to our factory address along with a completed returns form (forms should be requested via email@example.com). We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service.
