Slitting Finishing
Precision-cut for narrower widths, ensuring uniformity and accuracy.
What is slitting?
Slitting finishing is a process used in textile manufacturing to cut large rolls or sheets of fabric into smaller, narrower widths. This process is often used to create fabric strips or ribbons that are suitable for specific applications, such as binding, piping, or trim.
Accurate & effecient slitting
In slitting finishing, a large roll or sheet of fabric is fed through a slitter machine that uses a series of sharp blades to cut the fabric into narrow strips. The width of the strips can be adjusted based on the specific requirements of the application. Once the fabric has been cut, it can be wound into smaller rolls or spools for further processing or shipment.
Our slitting can be used with a variety of different fabrics. This process can also be combined with our other finishing techniques, such as dyeing, printing, or laminating, to create custom products with unique properties and designs.
